What is the ordering process?
1. When your order has been paid you will receive a verification from us that your order has been confirmed.
2. We will process your order within 3 business days to prepare your order ready to ship.
3. Delivery time will depend on your shipping method, normally 7-10 working days.
4. Your order is fully traceable and we will give you a tracking number. Please note that it can take a few days before your tracking number is traceable.
5. Track your order and wait for your order to arrive

I have received my product but it is defect.
Please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to help you further. For defect products on shipping please contact the delivery service.
Are the packages provided with tracking numbers?
We provide a tracking number for every order. However, this can sometimes take a while because we have to process your package for example motherboards. When you receive your tracking number, it is possible that sometimes no status is displayed on the tracking site, the package then needs 2-3 working days.
Niu Parts is connected or represent NIU brand?
Absolutely not, we don’t have any connection or partnership with NIU brand, niu-parts.com is a private shop that sell scooter accessories, spare-parts, custom-parts and upgrades.
What is the delivery method and time for my order?
We offer two different types of shipping methods. With the use of postal shipping it will take around 3 to 4 weeks for your order to arrive. If you would like to receive your order earlier we will recommend UPS shipping method which will take 7 to 10 working days.
Do I have to pay for custom fees and tax?
We ship international via DHL and UPS, please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any duties and courier processing fees applicable to the product.
What time is the warranty?
The warranty we provide is 3 month, the shipping of the broken part to us and back is on the cost of the customer.
