1. When your order has been paid you will receive a verification from us that your order has been confirmed. 2. We will process your order within 2 to 3 business days to prepare your order ready to ship. 3. Delivery time will depend on your shipping method. 4. Your order is fully traceable and we will give you a tracking number. Please note that it can take a few days before your tracking number is traceable. 5. Track your order and wait for your order to arrive 6. If you have any questions about your order, you can message us through customer service.
All our orders are able to be returned within 14 days. Please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to help you further. For defect products we are able to send you a new product or you will have to sent them back for a return.
We provide a tracking number for every order. However, this can sometimes take a while because we have to process your package for example motherboards. When you receive your tracking number, it is possible that sometimes no status is displayed on the tracking site, the package then needs 2-3 working days.
We offer two different types of shipping methods. With the use of postal shipping it will take around 3 to 4 weeks for your order to arrive. If you would like to receive your order earlier we will recommend UPS shipping method which will take 5 to 7 days.
Yes, you will pay for your country custom fees and tax.
The warranty we provide is 12 month, but the shipping of the broken part to us is on the cost of the customer.
Yes of course, if you are located in Shanghai you are welcome to pick up your goods.
