We delivery NIU spare parts, upgrades and accessories worldwide with UPS in 7-14 days depending on destination country. The shipping is USD 50. For heavy parts like motors, batteries, etc, the shipping will be calculated upon the volume of the products you purchase, due to the changing prices of freight, this way we can give you the most accurate shipping cost to your location. You will receive a note on your order and a email about the shipping details and cost from one of our sales managers in 48-72 hours after the payment.
Will my orders be shipped in one package?
Yes, we ship all our orders in one package. Unless we have stock at two different locations.
Are the packages provided with tracking numbers?
We provide a tracking number for every order. However, this can sometimes take a while because we have to process your package for example motherboards. When you receive your tracking number, it is possible that sometimes no status is displayed on the tracking site, the package then needs 1-2 working days.
My package has arrived, but they want me to send proof of payment. What should I do?
Please contact our customer service for this. Usually they need a price and proof of payment. We will send you your invoice for your package.
What is the delivery method and time for my order?
We offer two different types of shipping methods. With the use of postal shipping it will take around 3 -4 weeks for your order to arrive. If you would like to receive your order earlier we will recommend an express shipping method which will take 5-7 working days, the use of express shipping will still have a shorter delivery time than postal shipping.
